- Haynes Education costs $8 a month and renews automatically each month.
- Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- No refunds. We don't refund payments, including partial months.
- Accounts are for parents and guardians 18 or older.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Haynes Education ("we," "us") for using hayneseducation.org and our math and reading learning service. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Right now, the free demo and waitlist are open. The billing sections below apply once paid subscriptions open.
Who can use Haynes Education
- You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses your account.
- You are responsible for your account, keeping your login safe, and how your child uses the service.
- Children may use the service only through a parent or guardian's account.
Subscription and billing
- The subscription costs $8 per month, plus any taxes required by law. We will show the price before you pay.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
- If we offer a free trial or free first month, your paid subscription starts when it ends, unless you cancel before then.
- If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at haynesjoesph78@gmail.com. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the billing month you already paid for.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or months you didn't use the service. Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not refund charges already made.
This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live. If we charge you by mistake, such as a double charge, contact us and we will fix it.
Using the service
Please use Haynes Education only for learning. You agree not to copy, resell, or share access to the service with people outside your household, try to break or hack the site, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Our content
The lessons, questions, Pip the frog character, badges, designs, and the Haynes Education name belong to us. You may use them for your family's learning, but you may not copy or sell them.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Haynes Education helpful, but we can't promise specific results, such as better grades or test scores. The service is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or improve features over time.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Haynes Education is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the service. If we are found responsible for any problem, the most we owe is the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we protect it, including how we handle children's information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top and email account holders before the changes apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
